These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Gustroad. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information when you check out.
We work hard to show our products accurately, but colours can look different from screen to screen, and minor variations in materials and finish can occur between production runs. Product photos are for illustration. Measurements and size guidance are approximate.
We may change, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was listed in error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel and you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements that we received your order, not acceptance of it.
See our shipping page for current details.
This returns policy is in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you have.
Our products are intended for normal personal use. Damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear is not covered. Except as stated in these terms or required by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without additional warranties of any kind.
Nothing on this site is medical or professional advice. If you have a foot condition or injury, consult a qualified professional before choosing footwear.
The Gustroad name, logo, product photography, copy and site design are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping it at volume, interfering with its operation, or placing fraudulent orders.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@gustroad.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The "last updated" date above will always show the current version.
