How to measure: stand on a piece of paper, mark heel and longest toe, measure the distance in cm, add 0.5 cm and match to the EU size above.
With normal use expect 400–500 miles from runners and several seasons from hiking styles. The rubber outsoles are the same spec used by major brands.
